Once your order is received, it goes through our processing and marketing team. You'll receive an email about the status of your order, tracking number, total price, and other details.
During this phase of manufacturing, our LED display experts study the project, and the types of equipment needed, giving additional points for planning, customizing, and finalizing.
It is necessary to study the structure of the project. In this part, our team studies and puts out the most reliable materials to support the entire product and match the design and budget.
It is where every part of the product is manufactured, starting from tiny components such as diodes, wires, substantial parts, etc. Also, it is done with the help of machines on the site.
Our experts, using equipment, design the structure or the main backbone of the product. It includes cabinets, boards, modules, and other complex, substantial product parts.
The PCB board, modules, and wires are designed and crafted carefully. This process takes serious and rigid effort to create practical electronic components for the project.
Once the LED panels and modules are finished, they go through tuning and adjustment. This is the first step before the entire screen goes through the aging test. In this phase, each module is inspected to check if there are dead pixels and tiny defects.
Our experts and technical team assemble all product parts at this stage. It starts with the cabinet and connects every wire, securing panels and modules, locking the enclosure, connecting panels in the aging shelf, and more.
Once done assembling, the entire screen is tested to see if any electronic defects, such as missed wires, unconnected tapes, etc., can cause blurring of the screen, dim light, or modules not running or powering on.
The image test is run to see the parameters of the product. Our experts check the device's brightness, red, green, and blue light, and checks on grayscale, refresh rate, contrast ratio, and other color and screen properties.
This is the last step before we deliver the device to your location. In the aging test, the entire screen is run for 72 hours to see if it can adapt to actual use and application. Our experts check on the device, perform any necessary procedures, etc.
