Colorlight-LED with its technical support team is always ready to serve you. Should you have questions, concern, product inquiries and follow-ups, please let us know right away. 

We do not encourage self-repairing or troubleshooting. However, in some cases, you may need to do it to avoid further damage to the device, provided that you follow the user manual or troubleshooting guides. You may also contact us to assist you with troubleshooting steps to ease the process.

If, after troubleshooting, the problem persists, please wait patiently for our technical support team’s response, and please let the device as it is to keep it from further impairment.

The shipping fee varies on your location and logistics rate. 

Upon placing an order, please allow us ample time to prepare, process, fulfill and ship your order. Some LED screens might need manufacturing or customization, so it may take some time to finish production. No need to worry; we’ll keep you posted with updates and estimated delivery dates. 

The logistics may also vary as some of our logistics partners may not be available in your country. 

Upon placing and shipping your order, you will receive an email confirmation showing the details, such as tracking information, total price, logistics partner, and estimated delivery. 

Note: Delivery may take a shorter or longer time than expected as we do not control logistics movement. 

Regarding shipping fees, we follow the logistics partners’ rate; we may give vouchers and discounts depending on your order quantity. 

Colorlight-LED devices come with a small booklet called the user manual. You will find the product description, warranty, function and setting guides, troubleshooting, parts, and other product parameters in the manual.
